The Viking apartments are a quick drive to the University of Montana campus, the Southgate mall and the fair grounds. Each unit is provided private parking located at the rear of the building. During the winter months, all driveways and sidewalks are cleared for your convenience.

Ground floor apartments are designed to be accessible with wider doorways, accessible zero entry shower, customizable closet storage, large outdoor covered area, zero entry main doors and all have accessibility to a covered private patio in the large fenced common area.

Each exterior patio area, each unit is provided two private patio areas including one 200 sq foot patio, with beautiful maintenance free stained concrete. We strive to provide living areas that are both appealing and easy to clean.
